SVF conducted a public meeting entitled " 4 years of municipal work "  in collaboration with Al.Maghazi Muncipilaty  , Within the program to strengthen the process of accountability and transparency of municipality services, participated by the Mayor of Al.Maghazi Mr. / Mohammed Al.Najar on Tuesday February 16, 2010, attended by a group of parents, village leaders ,members of the Al.Maghazi Municipality and community activists . Mr. Mohammed Al-Najar began his speech stressing the importance of activating the community participation, which serves both the citizens and the municipality to overcome all the obstacles faced by the municipality in the implementation of projects or even on the level of everyday tasks. As well as, he indicated that they are also beneficial to citizens in terms of quality of provided services. In this sense, he pointed out that the municipality in all its management and professional staff is not far from the people's concerns and problems, and they make every effort to provide services to reach to all citizens, as required. He referred that the municipality is part of the country suffers from choking siege which affects all sides of life, and consequently impacted negatively on the quality of services in the absence of the necessary resources besides disabled many of the projects that the municipality intends to implement. Mr. Al.Najar assisted that the municipality will not hesitate for a moment to improve all provided services and he asked citizens, especially those who have jobs to pay the bills for the continuity of the work of the Municipality. During the meeting, he tackled a number of projects and achievements implemented during the past four years pointing out that there is a significant improvement at the level of all services, especially water in terms of quantity, quality. On his part, he indicated to some bad behaviors practiced by citizens against public properties and municipality facilities and stressed the need to preserve all of these efforts.
